## How to subscribe (the whole flow is online)

1. Start with SME FIBER: type a Lebanese landline at https://sme-lb.net/
   for a free, instant check of fiber availability at the building (no
   signup needed). Fiber available → the fiber application continues;
   fiber not there yet → the same form continues as SME DSL, or the
   applicant leaves their details for a follow-up on fiber.
2. Open https://sme-lb.net/apply/ — the wizard runs the same check, or, with
   no landline, asks for a photo of the building's Fiber Distribution Box
   (no box means SME DSL) — then pick a plan (Family & Home, Business,
   Corporate, or Gaming).
3. Complete the bilingual Arabic/English wizard from any phone:
   personal details typed exactly as printed on the documents, a photo of
   the ID or passport (front and back for an ID) and — when there is no
   existing landline — a house deed, a municipality-signed rent contract
   or a proof of residence. Where the line cannot be checked
   automatically, a fiber applicant photographs the building's Fiber
   Distribution Box (FDB); no box means the application proceeds for
   SME DSL.
4. Review every section, tick "I confirm that all my info is correct"
   and submit — SME's team reviews the application and contacts you. No
   paperwork, no branch visit. Switching from another ISP requires a
   clearance certificate (براءة ذمة) from the current provider. The

Businesses and companies apply through the same form, at the same address:
choose the Corporate customer type, pick a business or corporate fiber
plan, and upload the company's commercial registration, its MOF/VAT
registration and the authorised signatory's ID or passport. There is no
separate business portal and no separate URL. SME sales then follows up to
confirm the circuit; corporate and dedicated circuits are sized by a short
site survey before installation is scheduled.
